This menu consists of items that are designed to be passed by one of our servers at your event, or arranged on garnished platters. Some items are only suitable for passing only.

 

·Tuna canapes, cilantro and garlicTartare on a Won Ton Crisps

·Skewers of Strip Steak with a Dijonaise Dipping Sauce

·Chicken Skewers with a roasted bell pepper-cilantro dipping

·Smoked Salmon, lemon, and dill tartar on pumpernickel coussins.

·Wild Mushroom and Herb Ragout on Baguette Rounds

·Petite Bruschetta – Tomato, basil, garlic and olive tapenade on French Baguette Medallions

·Brussels sprouts deliciously sautéed with garlic, on a bed of Moroccan couscous.

·Shrimps on a stick and a lemon and garlic dipping sauce

·Stuffed Baby red potatoes and a French vinaigrette drizzle

·Ground turkey balls charcoal or oven grilled or sautéed in a garlic oil sizzle.

·Baby lamb brochettes tastefully marinated in a combination of garlic, ground onion and fresh exotic herbs and charcoal grilled.

·Canapés of your choice: Smoked salmon, sausage, tuna, or turkey thins or tuna .Also your choice of grain bread or mini croissants.

·“Pastels” du Senegal. Small individual stuffed pies served with a red spicy sauce. (Your choice of fish or meat or vegetarian stuffing)

·Boulettes du Roi. Fish balls seasoned with exotic fresh and dry herbs, parsley and garlic showered with French vinaigrette.

·Fish delices chunks on a stick deliciously marinated in a lemon juice and fresh herbs.

·Orange blossom: imported sausage or turkey bologna on picks with cheese cubes and olives

·Ground turkey kabobs deliciously seasoned with fresh parsley, garlic and Mediterranean spices.
